Presentation 1

Research component

Topic chosen:
Family, Hope and Dream

Family: Father and Mother I Love You.
Hope: a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.
Dream: thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind.

Introduction
Reader interest - Family's relationship, main concern
- love:
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

With Love, comes togetherness in a family. How often do we see family happily spending time together? With pure love, no jealousy, envious and bias feeling among each other.

Problem:
- Family members tend to not appreciate one another until it's too late to tell them how much they love them.
- Egoism stop people from showing, telling and admitting that they love their parents/kids
- Family don't spend time together often anymore
- Friends are more important, they are always right,
but when you're really in great trouble, family is always there for you.
- Priorities are not among families
- Don't share common topics = shattered hopes and dreams. No purpose in life. Could be good in a way where one has hope that family can be changed. Dream Big!
- Fewer agreements, dreams suppressed
- Don't listen anymore (problems = burdens) stopped sharing, lack of communication

Target audience:
- adults/parents, young adults and teenagers (family)

Problem Statement
- What happened to the existence of Love in a family?
- Is work more important than spending time with your loved ones?
- Friends are more important than family (could be gadgets as well, social network)
- Without love, how do hope and dreams be accomplished without moral support?
- Broken family as a result (dinner/lunch, everyone is with their own iPads, phones, etc)

Why this content?
Through family we find ourselves as we give and receive support.

Purpose of the Content
Area of research:
- Family is important because we are important and we need a group of loyal supporters.
- When we can count on each other and lean on each other then family works.

Hyphotheses:
- Hope and dreams are easier to be achieved with a group of loyal supporters behind you.

Review
To sum up all, family means togetherness. If there's no togetherness, no patient but hatered and jealousy, how does one family achieve its hopes and dreams. The main concern of all solution is love. Without love, a family would be hard to be together as one. Brokenness with an empty soul is left as the result of all.

Some of my content is referred to a writing that I read which is regarding, "Family Is Important." The writer also shares the importance that I had mentioned above; Family is a strong pillar that we can hold on to in times of need.
